If you have an order with us
simply enter your email address and your order number (located
at the top of your confirmation email) and we will advise you
of its current status and check up on the carrier where your
goods are for you.

We want to get your goods to you in a timely,
cost effective manor. This often means they will be dispatched
in separate bundles. We may for necessity send one item with
one carrier and another via parcel post. This makes financial
and economic sense.
All products have a quoted delivery
guide line. We here ensure that we, our suppliers and the carriers
are aware of this deadline and we all endeavor to fulfill this
commitment to you. However their are some times when mitigating
circumstances leave things out with our control.
